More Helpful Information about
Hubbard Gas Repair Service

1) Are all of your technicians trained and properly certified?

When you call Hubbard Gas Repair Service, you will always have owner/operator, Joe Hubbard, come for the appointment and service your home or place of work. I am fully licensed and insured and have been in this industry, operating this business since 1988. When it comes to any gas appliance repair, gas heating or carbon monoxide problem, I know my stuff and pride myself on all of the knowledge I've accumulated throughout these years. I work to make sure you are and your loved ones or patrons are all safe wherever your gas appliances are and I stand behind my work. You will deal directly with me every time.

2) Do you offer free estimates?

Because I am the sole operator of my company for the last 30 years, I am extremely busy servicing each and every one of my clients when they call, (often times, same day), and there is simply not enough time in the day to just give free estimates on every site. I will; however, ONLY charge for the service when the job is completed and I do not add any extra fees for estimates at that time. If, for some reason, you choose not to go ahead with the service or job I came there to complete for you, there will be a small fee for my time and travel there.

3) How fast can I get service?

I work very hard and try to get to each of my calls for service on the same day. Often times this is no problem and jobs are sometimes given attention within a couple hours. Although I always strive to get to each call immediately and as fast as possible, I do not rush through my jobs and work to safety standards to ensure my work is always completed properly. There are some times that I cannot get to a job until the following day or we schedule a service at another time that is convenient for you as well, assuming it is not an emergency or urgent matter. When you call my number, my answering service will take your information and I will call you back immediately to discuss your concern and schedule the soonest available time for the both of us.

4) How do I know if I have a carbon monoxide leak?

Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless and tasteless gas that can be deadly if gone undetected. It is very hard for any untrained individual to detect; however, there are a few signs that you may possibly have a leak and there are also several tips you should take to try and avoid the possibility of this at all times.
